Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were clean and comfortable with a very big and comfortable bed, the overall experience was a disappointment compared to my previous visit last year. The service was top-notch though, with very supportive and helpful staff. The location was convenient, although towards the end of the main strip of Waikiki. The dining options were too limited, and the facilities were average.
The hotel has beautiful, very clean and comfortable rooms, though some may find them a little small for the price. The service was top-notch and super friendly, offering great value with a convenient location just a half block from the beach. The dining experience varied slightly but was generally satisfactory. The facilities were well-maintained with helpful beach gears provided, enhancing the overall stay.
My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. The rooms, although comfortable and serviced daily, were a bit of a disappointment compared to my previous stay here. The crowded atmosphere felt more like those huge commercial resort hotels. On the bright side, the service was excellent, with staff being both respectful of sleep patterns and incredibly friendly. The location was superb, right by the beach and close to bars and restaurants, which was perfect for my needs. Dining was satisfactory, with friendly service, although limited due to construction on some days.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located with a short walk to Waikiki Beach, but it felt more like a waiting room than a cozy retreat. The rooms had some drawbacks, such as noise from the air conditioning units and a noticeable cigarette smell, despite assurances of elegance. On the upside, there was energy-saving lighting and a window in the bathroom, offering a mix of positives and negatives.
The hotel had a balcony with an amazing view of the ocean, allowing us to enjoy it during the short time we spent in the room. However, the room was above an alley, leading to some morning noise. It didn't quite live up to my experience last year but was still very clean and tidy.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room, although spacious, was poorly lit and didn't quite match the sophisticated vibe I expected. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with a great location only steps away from the beach. However, the dining options were disappointing for someone with dietary restrictions. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
This hotel is a gem tucked away in Waikiki, not as crowded as the big resorts but close to all the amenities, especially the Waikiki beach. The rooms seemed to have recently been upgraded, including with little coffee machines, although they did smell kind of musty, to be honest.
The hotel had some cozy rooms that were serviced daily, but they were smaller than expected and had poor lighting. The location was excellent, just a minute walk from the beach. Staff were incredibly accommodating and even packed breakfast for us when we had to leave early. The dining experience was somewhat chaotic in the morning, and not entirely meeting expectations.
The hotel is conveniently located near Waikiki Beach, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms, although lacking balconies, were cozy and suitable for our family stay. The service was top-notch with consistently helpful and friendly staff. However, some noise disruptions affected the overall experience. The dining options were simple, and limited breakfast choices left much to be desired.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while comfortable and clean initially, lacked some attention to detail in terms of service. The location was great, close to everything, but there were some issues with the dining options not being suitable for all guests.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are beautifully designed with modern amenities, but some noise issues near the elevator may disturb. The service is friendly and reliable but falls short in handling simple requests. The location is excellent, close to Waikiki and tourist spots, though noise from below can be disruptive. The dining options, while simple, could use more variety, and the facilities are mostly satisfactory.
The hotel offers a comfortable stay for families. The rooms have been renovated and are very comfortable, but the appearance doesn't match the photos. The service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The location is nice, close to Waikiki Beach, but undergoing renovations. The dining options are limited, but the homestyle Japanese dishes stand out.
